If you have an account with us you can check your Gift Card balance quickly and easily by logging into your account and clicking the 'Gift Card' tab, or you can follow this link and click the 'Check Your Balance' button.

After you've made your purchase, any remaining balance will be saved for next time as long as you use it before the expiry date.
Returned items purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to the original Gift Card. If you split the cost across a Gift Card and another payment method, we'll refund the same amounts to the respective methods.
For example, if you pay 50 using your Gift Card and 10 using a Credit Card and then return your order, we will refund 50 back to your Gift Card balance and 10 to your Credit Card.
