VANS X SPACE MOLLY GAME

Sponsored by: Vans, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, 1588 South Coast Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

1. Game Schedule. Vans X Space Molly Game (“Game”) begins November 19, 2025 and ends December 4, 2025. Game play dates and times vary by participating Vans-owned retail store location as follows:

†Game will automatically end at a given participating Vans retail store location once the Vans x Space Molly “Off The Planet” art figure prize(s) for that location has/have been claimed as set forth below.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal U.S. residents, including residents of the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are 16 or older. (If you are a minor in your state of residence – generally, under 18 – you are advised to obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before participating in the Game). Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor (including Vans store associates) and Pop Mart Hong King Limited are not eligible to play or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law.

3. To Play.

(a) Game play is conditioned on one’s agreement (if a minor, the agreement of their parent or legal guardian) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. The preceding applies whether or not a given individual actual participates in the Game at a Vans store location.

(b) To receive an opportunity to play the Game (subject to availability**), visit a participating Vans store location and purchase any product from the Vans x Space Molly collection OR spend $125 or more in a single purchase transaction (pre-tax; after application of any discounts/coupons/promo codes) on VANS merchandise at the store. Absent extraordinary circumstances, as determined by Vans store associates in their sole discretion, opportunity to play the Game is valid only for the individual making the qualifying purchase and is not transferable.

**PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME IS OFFERED ON A FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS. SPONSOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL MAKING A QUALIFYING PURCHASE AT A PARTICIPATING VANS STORE LOCATION ON THE CORRESPONDING DATE/TIME WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY THE GAME. AND, IF A GIVEN INDIVIDUAL WHO MADE A QUALIFYING PURCHASE AT A PARTICIPATING VANS STORE LOCATION ON THE CORRESPONDING DATE/TIME DOES NOT RECEIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY THE GAME DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS OR ANY OTHER REASON, SPONSOR WILL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO SUCH INDIVIDUAL UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.

(c) When instructed by Vans store associate to do so, select one (1) marble from the bowl. Absent extenuating circumstances, as determined by Vans store associates in their sole discretion, a given individual will have approximately two (2) minutes to select one (1) marble. No practice attempts or “do-overs” are allowed. Without limitation, once one (1) marble has been selected by a participant, that selection is final.

(d) If a pink marble is selected by a participant, they are a potential winner of an exclusive limited edition Vans x Space Molly “Off The Planet” art figure (Approximate Retail Value: $400.) PRIZE AWARD IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION as per Rule 4 below. A total of (16) Vans x Space Molly “Off The

Planet” art figures are available to be won in the Game. If a blue marble is selected, a participant is not a prize winner but will instead receive a gift from Sponsor.

(e) The odds of winning a Vans x Space Molly “Off The Planet” art figure are 1:11, or a 9% chance._____________.

(f) Maximum of one (1) opportunity to play Game per person at a given participating Vans store location.

(g) Purchase transactions of VANS merchandise at different days/times or at different participating Vans store locations cannot be combined for purposes of achieving the $125 threshold required to receive an opportunity to play the Game (subject to availability). No substitution of merchandise for products from the Vans x Space Molly collection is permitted so as to receive an opportunity to play the Game (subject to availability).

(h) A person will only receive one (1) opportunity to play the Game (subject to availability) regardless of (1) the specific product purchased from the Vans x Space Molly collection or (2) the amount spent in excess of the $125 threshold.

(i) Purchases made at venues other than a given participating Vans store location on the corresponding day/times will not result in receipt of opportunity to play the Game (subject to availability), including purchases at www.vans.com (including purchase with in-store pickup) and at third party retailers of VANS products.

(j) The purchase of VANS gift cards and product returns/exchanges will not be included in determining whether the purchase amount achieved the $125 threshold.

(k) Game play opportunity will not be provided (or, if provided, terminated) if a person (1) engages in inappropriate behavior at Vans store location (for example, harassing store associate, heckling or interfering with another person participating in the Game or waiting for the opportunity to do so); (2) touches the bowl or marbles other than as instructed by Vans store associate or otherwise fails to comply with the instructions of Vans store associate; (3) seeks to record or photograph Game play; or (iv) engages in any act of cheating or fraud as determined by Vans store associate in their sole discretion.

4. Prize Claim Procedure. If a participant selects a pink marble, they must present the marble to a Vans store associate immediately following Game play. PINK MARBLES ARE VOID AND NOT REDEEMABLE FOR PRIZE IF PRESENTED AT ANY TIME OTHER THAN THE CORRESPONDING DATE/TIME OF GAME PLAY AT A GIVEN VANS STORE LOCATION. If pink marble is validated by Sponsor, such participant is a potential prize winner. Potential winner (if a minor, his or her parent or legal guardian) may be required to complete, sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) “on the spot.” A copy of the

Declaration/Release is available for review at each participating Vans store location. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement (if applicable) or if Vans store associate determines that potential prize winner is not eligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Prize will also be forfeited in pink marble(s) are not selected during corresponding date/time of Game play for a given Vans store location. IF A PRIZE IS FORFEITED, IT WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. For an opportunity to participate in the Game at the same odds of winning WITHOUT purchase or visiting a participating Vans store location, go to the VANS Family area of the VANS website at www.vans.com. Log into your VANS Family account‡ and check the box indicating that you have read and agree to these Official Rules by December 4, 2025 at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time and you will receive one (1) Game play. If your Game play is selected as a potential prize winner, you will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address provided as part of your VANS Family account. You may be required to complete, sign and return a Declaration/Release within five (5) business days of e-mail notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement (if applicable) or if Sponsor determines that you are not eligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. IF PRIZE OFFERED VIA THE NO PURCHASE NECESSARY METHOD IS FORFEITED, IT MAY NOT BE AWARDED. If your Game play is not a potential prize winner, you will not receive a gift.

‡If you are not currently a member of VANS Family (Vans loyalty rewards program), you must first join the Program in order to receive a Game play without purchase. No payment or purchase is required to join VANS Family.

6. Prize Restrictions.

(a) Prize is not transferable cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No prize substitution is allowed.

(b) Approximate retail value of Prize does not reflect re-sale value of prize.

(c) Limit of one (1) prize per person.

(d) Any taxes or unspecified expenses on Prize (e.g., insurance) are winner’s sole responsibility.

(e) SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE PRIZE INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE.

7. Releases.

Where legal, by accepting prize, winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees (and will confirm in writing upon request) to use by Sponsor and its designees of winner’s name, likeness, photo, voice, biographical information, image and other indicia of persona for advertising/publicity/trade purposes without further compensation or notice.

Participants (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) hereby release, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vans, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, Pop Mart Hong Kong limited; their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates; the officers, employees, directors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing entities from any and all liability arising from the opportunity to participate in the Game, one’s actual participation in the Game (including without purchase as per Rule 5), any Game-related activity or the acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of a Prize (if applicable).

8. Limitations of Liability.

(a) Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Game or any Game play or by any technological system or human error/failure/malfunction even if such is reasonably foreseeable by Sponsor; the preceding includes both Game play at participating Vans store locations as well as Game play without purchase as per Rule 5. Sponsor also assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, destroyed, delayed, garbled, corrupted or jumbled Game plays without purchase (as per Rule 5) as well as unsuccessful attempts to contact potential prize winners, if any, who participated via Game play without purchase.

(b) Should a Game play opportunity be interrupted for any reason, Sponsor’s sole liability is a replacement opportunity for the affected individual to play the Game; if such replacement opportunity is not feasible due to time constraints or any other reason, then Sponsor shall not have any liability under any legal theory.

(c) Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

(d) If Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the Game cannot be conducted as originally planned including at one or more participating Vans store locations due to any cause beyond its control (e.g., computer virus/bug, tampering, fraud, natural disaster, materials shortage, pre-emption/delay/re-scheduling/cancellation/interruption/interference with offering the Game including

any event interfering with the normal operations of participating Vans store locations during corresponding days/times during Game Period), Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Game (in whole or in part) and make the Prizes available to be won in a manner that Sponsor in its sole discretion determines is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action will be posted at affected participating Vans store locations as well as in the VANS Family area of www.vans.com.

9. Dispute Resolution/Choice of Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that:

(a) all disputes regarding the Game or these Official Rules shall be governed by the internal, substantive law of Delaware (i.e., without regard to choice of law/conflict of law rules of Delaware or of any other jurisdiction);

(b) you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) are subject to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware or Delaware state court;

(c) you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) waive any right of change of venue, inconvenient forum or the like;

(d) any action will be brought by you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) individually (NOT as part of a class action);

(e) your (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian on your behalf) recovery in any such action is limited to actual costs involved in participating in the Game (if any), with all rights to attorneys’ fees and all damages (including special, compensatory, punitive, consequential damages) and other forms of relief being expressly waived.

10. Winners’ List. For winners’ list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “VANS x SPACE MOLLY GAME” at the above address (DEPT: HS WNRS) for receipt by December 15, 2025. Winners’ list will be available after December 20, 2025.
