Vans Family is an experiential loyalty program, our way of inviting you to enjoy Off The Wall experiences designed for our biggest fans. Earn points from shopping and engaging with content and redeem those points for Vans Family Rewards.
As a member of our Family, you’ll get insider information on Vans events happening near you. Occasionally we’ll drop member-only products and offers. We surprise our biggest fans with exclusive experiences.
Our loyalty program is active in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
You can become a member at vans.com/en-gb/family or in store. Guess what!? It’s free to join and there are no further surprise fees too!
Not necessarily! To receive points for rewards and access program benefits, you must enroll in Vans Family. This is different than signing up to receive emails. Enroll here.

For every £1 you spend with us, you’ll bag yourself 10 points on your Vans Family Account!
Nope, but when you checkout using a Gift Card you will accrue points from your purchase.

Only purchases made after your joining date are eligible for points.
If you’re a member of Vans Family and were a member at the time of your purchase, you have two options:
- You can submit your receipt details via the website here
2. Or contact Customer Service at 0800 234 6152 or through this form 30 days to get your Vans Family points, they’ll confirm your Vans Family enrolment and your transaction details, then award you points
In both cases, if the purchase is eligible, we aim to add your points to your balance within 72 hours.

Yes, you can earn points for any purchase made in countries where Vans Family is active: United Kingdom, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
Your points expire 24 months after they are earned. We’ll send you a heads-up 30 days before the actual expiration.
You should see your points updated on your account within 3 days after a valid purchase!
You can see your points balance on your Vans Family Dashboard.
Points will be removed from your account when you return items or an order is cancelled.
If you completed an eligible purchase in-store, click here to submit your receipt and get your points. If you made the purchase online, and after 72 hours the points have not been added please contact Customer Service at 0800 234 6152 or through this form – our teams are more than happy to help!
VANS FAMILY REWARDS
There are four rewards available. You can select one reward to apply per transaction, provided you have enough points for that reward:
- 1,000 points = £10 reward
- 1,500 points = £15 reward
- 2,000 points = £20 reward
- 2,500 points = £25 reward
This code is redeemable once per order and works for logged-in users only. The voucher is not valid on outlet items and gift cards, is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless there is a fault with the product, in which case Vans standard refund policy will be applied. There is no cash alternative. Each member can redeem up to 5 online vouchers with the same value per month, and up to 5 in‑store vouchers with the same value per year.
Once you redeem Points for a Reward, the redemption cannot be reversed and is final. Rewards cannot be returned to Vans and no Points will be returned to Members who attempt to return Rewards to Vans. Terms & conditions apply.

Online
- Log in and open the Vans Family "Redeem" tab.
- Open one of the online rewards and redeem your points.
- Go to your inbox to get your personal promo code.
- Log in with your account to www.vans.com/en-gb to shop and enter your code at cart.
In store
- Go to one of the selected Vans stores.
- Log in to Vans.com and open the Vans Family dashboard and select the in-store reward tile.
- Ask one of the store staff for a store code.
- Paste the code into the tile to redeem your points.
- Your reward will be immediately applied at the till.
MOBILE APP
We’re focusing on giving all members the best possible experience through the Vans Family web dashboard on vans.com. This allows us to improve features faster and offer a smoother experience on all devices.
Nothing changes. Your points, rewards, and other benefits all remain exactly the same.
No. Simply log in with your existing Vans Family account on vans.com/family.
Yes. All earning actions — purchases & more — are available through the web dashboard.
No. All core Vans Family features are available on the website.
Just go to vans.com/family, select “Log in”, and sign in using the same email address you used in the app.
The Vans Family app will no longer be available starting 15 March 2026.
