- Log in and open the Vans Family redeem tab
- Open the reward tile and redeem your points
- Check your inbox for your unique promo code
- Enter your promo code at checkout on vans.com/en-gb
- Make sure you're logged in!
In store
- Go to any Vans store. Find list of eligible stores here.
- Open the Vans Family app and select the in store reward tile.
- Ask our staff for the store code.
- Paste the code into the tile to redeem your points.
- Your reward will be immediately applied at the till.

Vans Family is an experiential loyalty program, our way of inviting you to enjoy Off The Wall experiences designed for our biggest fans. Earn points from shopping and engaging with content and redeem those points for Vans Family Rewards.
As a member of our Family, you’ll get insider information on Vans events happening near you. Occasionally we’ll drop member-only products and offers. We surprise our biggest fans with exclusive experiences.
Our loyalty program is active in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
For every £1 you spend with us, you’ll bag yourself 10 points on your Vans Family Account!
Only purchases made after your joining date are eligible for points.
There are four rewards available. You can select one reward to apply per transaction, provided you have enough points for that reward:
1,000 points = £10 reward
1,500 points = £15 reward
2,000 points = £20 reward
2,500 points = £25 reward
This reward is non-cumulative with other discounts and is redeemable once per order. Once you redeem Points for a Reward, the redemption cannot be reversed and is final. Rewards cannot be returned to Vans and no Points will be returned to Members who attempt to return Rewards to Vans. Terms & conditions apply.
