VANS SWEEPSTAKES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FIJI AIRWAYS

1. Sweepstakes Period. Vans Sweepstakes In Partnership With Fiji Airways (“Sweepstakes”) begins September 23, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends October 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older and are members of the VANS Family Rewards Program.** Employees, officers, directors of Vans, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC; Air Pacific Ltd. (a.k.a. Fiji Airways); their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates; as well as any other entities in any involved in the development, production or implementation of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to talent participating in the Grand Prize on behalf of Sponsor) are not eligible to enter or win a Grand Prize. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.

**If you are not currently a member of the VANS Family Rewards Program, you may sign up for the Program and then enter the Sweepstakes. Be sure to review the Program Terms accessible at https://www.vans.com/en-us/help/legal/family before becoming a member.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

3. On-line Entry. Go to the VANS Family area of the VANS website (www.vans.com). After logging into your VANS Family Rewards Program account, go to the “Sweepstakes” tab and click on the Sweepstakes tile. Then, check the box to indicate that you have read and agree to these Official Rules and wish to enter the Sweepstakes. (If this box is NOT checked, you will NOT be entered in the Sweepstakes.) All entries must be received by October 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Proof of transmission of entry material does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

4. Entry Restrictions. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Violation of entry limit will result in disqualification of all entries, possible termination of account in the VANS Family Rewards Program, prohibition on participation in future VANS sweepstakes/contests/offers and perhaps Sponsor’s pursuit of legal sanctions. Receipt of entries will be acknowledged but such acknowledgement does NOT constitute notification of selection as a potential winner in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account listed in the corresponding VANS Family Rewards Program account at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the provided e-mail address. If entering via mobile device, you will be responsible for all wireless Internet access charges and fees incurred by doing so. You should review the wireless carrier’s policy before entering the Sweepstakes by using a mobile device.

5. Random Drawing/Winner Notification. The winners will be selected in a random drawing, to be conducted by Sponsor, on or about October 15, 2026. The random drawing will consist of all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail account listed in the corresponding VANS Family Rewards Program account at time of entry; Sponsor will utilize commercially reasonable efforts to notify potential winner and disclaims any and all liability as to the effectiveness of such efforts regardless of cause (including winner notification e-mail or potential winner’s response thereto being classified as “junk” or “SPAM” by an e-mail service provider). Potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) including their agreement to a background check (as discussed in Section 7 below) within two (2) days of date indicated on Affidavit/Release, To remain eligible, winner must also still be a member of the VANS Family Rewards Program at the time of winner selection and prize award. In the event of noncompliance with the preceding requirements; if potential winner cannot be reached for any reason; or if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, they shall be disqualified and forfeit the prize without compensation of any kind. In case of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the random drawing (time permitting).

6. Prize.

Grand Prize – trip for winner and their guest (one [1] other individual) to Nadi, Fiji. Grand Prize travel will begin on November 4, 2026 and end on November 9, 2026, arriving in Nadi, Fiji on November 6, 2026 and departing from Nadi, Fiji on November 9, 2026 (“Trip”).**

A total of four (4) Grand Prizes are available to be won in the Sweepstakes.

Provided by Sponsor and included in the Grand Prize are:

Los Angeles, California, USA:

(a) roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California area (“US Domestic Air Travel”)†;

(b) $500 Vans shopping spree to a Vans retail store location near winner’s residence (awarded as a credit redeemable for one-time use for merchandise, NOT a gift card; additional restrictions apply);

†Depending on location of major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence, Grand Prize may also include 2 day/1 night hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, California area.

Nadi, Fiji:

(a) Accommodation at a hotel in the Nadi, Fiji area selected by Sponsor in consultation with Fiji Airways for four (4) days and three (3) nights for the winner and their guest (“Nadi Accommodation”).

(b) Select meals (meals may not feature options compatible with dietary restrictions of winner and/or guest, with Sponsor disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith; meals exclude alcohol; for clarity, NOT ALL MEALS WILL BE INCLUDED AS PART OF GRAND PRIZE).

(c) Outdoor adventure activities and volunteering opportunities selected by Sponsor in consultation with Fiji Airways in Fiji which may include a surfing excursion, local community and school visit and local coastal community coral or mangrove rehabilitation

Provided by Fiji Airways and included in the Grand Prize are:

(a) Two (2) roundtrip economy air travel tickets for the winner and their guest on flights directly operated by Fiji Airways between Los Angeles International Airport (in Los Angeles, California, USA) and Nadi International Airport (in Nadi, Fiji).

(b) Transportation for the winner and their guest between the Nadi Accommodation and Nadi International Airport.

The Grand Prize excludes:

(a) arrangements and expenses arising out of or in relation to the winner and their guest traveling from their residence to Los Angeles International Airport for flight to Nadi International Airport and return from Los Angeles International Airport to their residence;

(b) expenses and costs arising out of or in relation to outdoor adventure activities or volunteering opportunities in Nadi, Fiji available at the Nadi Accommodation or through Fiji Airways.

IN ALL CASES, WINNER AND GUEST UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ENGAGING IN OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES CARRIES AN INHERENT RISK OF DISMEMBERMENT, PERMANENT INJURY OR EVEN DEATH, NOTWITHSTANDING THE INVOLVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL GUIDES AND ABIDING BY ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. WINNER AND GUEST MAY WISH TO CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN OR OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DETERMINE WHETHER (OR NOT) IT IS APPROPRIATE FOR THEM TO DO SO; PARTICIPATION IN OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES MAY BE CONDITIONED UPON WINNER AND GUEST SIGNING WAIVERS/RELEASES IN ADDITION TO THE AFFIDAVIT/RELEASE DISCUSSED IN SECTION 5 ABOVE AND THE GUEST RELEASE DISCUSSED IN SECTION 7 BELOW. CERTAIN OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES MAY HAVE MINIMUM HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND LIKE REQUIREMENTS. IF WINNER AND/OR GUEST IS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH (OR DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR) ONE OR MORE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES, THE SOLE RECOURSE OF WINNER AND/OR GUEST IS TO ACCEPT THE REMAINING ELEMENTS OF GRAND PRIZE WHICH SHALL REPRESENT THE ENTIRE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION OF SPONSOR, FIJI AIRWAYS AND RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED IN SECTION 8 BELOW).

IN ALL CASES, WINNER AND GUEST UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PARTICIPATING IN VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES MAY INTRODUCE A RISK OF INJURY, NOTWITHSTANDING THE INVOLVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL DIRECTORS/INSTRUCTORS. PARTICIPATION IN VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES MAY BE CONDITIONED UPON WINNER AND GUEST SIGNING WAIVERS/RELEASES IN ADDITION TO THE AFFIDAVIT/RELEASE DISCUSSED IN SECTION 5 ABOVE AND THE GUEST RELEASE DISCUSSED IN SECTION 7 BELOW. CERTAIN VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES MAY HAVE MINIMUM HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND LIKE REQUIREMENTS. WINNER AND GUEST WILL RECEIVE NO COMPENSATION, CONSIDERATION OR OTHER BENEFIT OF ANY KIND OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT/ATTRIBUTION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES. IF WINNER AND/OR GUEST IS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH (OR DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR) ONE OR MORE VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES, THE SOLE RECOURSE OF WINNER AND/OR GUEST IS TO ACCEPT THE REMAINING ELEMENTS OF GRAND PRIZE WHICH SHALL REPRESENT THE ENTIRE LIABILITY AND OBLIGATION OF SPONSOR, FIJI AIRWAYS AND RELEASED PARTIES.

Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $5,500.00 each.

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Grand Prizes: $22,000.00.

Actual value of Grand Prize depends on various factors, including winner’s residence. If actual value of Grand Prize is less than $5,500.00, winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise.

THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

7. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS.

Trip must be taken November 4 – 9, 2026. If winner is not available on such dates for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting).

AWARD OF GRAND PRIZE IS CONDITONED UPON THE RESULTS OF A BACKGROUND CHECK OF WINNER AND GUEST. POTENTIAL WINNER AND GUEST AGREE TO THE BACKGROUND CHECK AND AGREE TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH THE CONDUCT OF SAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROVIDING ANY REQUESTED INFORMATION, MATERIALS OR FURTHER CONSENTS AS REQUESTED BY SPONSOR OR ITS DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE. POTENTIAL WINNER AND GUEST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPONSOR MAY REFRAIN FROM AWARDING THE GRAND PRIZE OR ALLOWING THE GUEST TO ACCOMPANY THE WINNER ON THE GRAND PRIZE TRIP, AS APPLICABLE, IF SPONSOR DETERMINES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION THAT THE PAST CONDUCT OF POTENTIAL WINNER/GUEST WOULD DISPARAGE, DEFAME OR OTHERWISE ADVERSELY AFFECT THE GOODWILL AND BUSINESS REPUTATION OF SPONSOR OR ITS VANS BRAND SPECIFICALLY. BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, SUCH CONDUCT INCLUDES THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY, AN ACT OF INSURRECTION, OR AN ACT OF MORAL TURPITUDE. POTENIAL WINNER AND GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT (A) IF SPONSOR DECIDES TO REFRAIN FROM AWARDING THE GRAND PRIZE OR ALLOWING THE GUEST TO ACCOMPANY THE WINNER ON THE GRAND PRIZE TRIP, AS APPLICABLE, SPONSOR (AS WELL AS FIJI AIRWAYS AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES) WILL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION TO SUCH POTENTIAL WINNER OR GUEST UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY; (B) SPONSOR’S DECISION WITH REGARD TO THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS AND NOT SUBJECT TO REVIEW OR APPEAL; AND (C) POTENTIAL WINNER AND GUEST HAVE NO RIGHT TO REVIEW OR INSPECT THE BACKGROUND CHECK DATA OR SPONSOR’S EVALUATION OF SAME.

Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions. Hotel stay component of prize (in Los Angeles area, if applicable, and Fiji) only includes accommodations at hotel; additional activities/amenities at hotel are not included. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card/debit card or other payment method at time of check-in so as to protect Sponsor and Fiji Airways from any liability to hotel room/property during hotel stay(s). Winner and guest must travel together on same flight/itinerary; without limitation, winner and guest must travel on designated flight with other winners and their guests from Los Angeles, California to Nadi, Fiji. All terms and conditions of air travel carriage (for flight from Los Angeles, California to Nadi, Fiji, those of Fiji Airways) apply to travel. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including U.S. passport which is valid for at least six (6) months after departure from Fiji (i.e., at least until May 9, 2027).

Winner and guest are also solely responsible for obtaining any recommended vaccinations for travel to Fiji prior to Grand Prize trip. Winner and guest may wish to consult with a physician or other medical professional prior to travel as to the necessity and advisability of such vaccinations.

Guest (who must be 21 years of age or older) must complete and sign a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) [also referred to herein as “Guest Release”] to be returned along with potential winner’s Affidavit/Release as per Section 5 above. (As discussed above, the Guest Release will include the guest’s agreement to a background check.) Failure to timely return the Guest Release (where lawful) or if winner chooses to travel without a guest for any reason, the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments for the winner themselves, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded and the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall represent the entire liability and obligation of Sponsor, Fiji Airways and Released Parties.

If winner lives within reasonable driving distance of Los Angeles, California (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor will substitute ground transportation (or a stipend for same, in an amount of Sponsor’s sole choosing) for the US Domestic Air Travel component of Grand Prize, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded and the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall represent the entire liability and obligation of Sponsor and Released Parties.

Winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectable manner during the trip including without limitation during flights, hotel stay(s), participation in outdoor adventure activities and participation in volunteering opportunities in Fiji. Winner and guest further understand and agree that talent participating in the Trip on behalf of Sponsor may (or may not) in their sole discretion pose for “selfie” photos/videos with winner and guest or autograph items for winner and guest. INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT BY WINNER AND/OR GUEST MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF TRIP WITHOUT LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION TO SPONSOR, FIJI AIRWAYS OR OTHER RELEASED PARTIES; AND, IF SUCH CONDUCT IS PARTICULARLY EGREGIOUS, BLATANT OR REPEATED, SUCH ACTION MAY BE TAKEN WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR WARNING. IN ANY CASE OF INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT, TERMINATION OF TRIP SHALL NOT REPRESENT THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR SPONSOR, FIJI AIRWAYS OR RELEASED PARTIES.

Winner and guest acknowledge that Sponsor has not obtained any insurance for their benefit relative to the trip. The preceding includes but is not limited to their participation in outdoor adventure activities and volunteering opportunities in Fiji (to the extent applicable).

No prize substitution except due to unavailability of Grand Prize or any element thereof for any reason, as determined by Sponsor and where applicable Fiji Airways (in consultation with Sponsor), in its sole discretion and only then for prize/prize element of comparable value. Grand Prize (including but not limited to $500 Vans shopping spree) is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. If any element of Grand Prize is unused or declined by winner and guest, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded and the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall represent the entire liability and obligation of Sponsor, Fiji Airways and Released Parties. No prize transfer except with Sponsor's permission which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion without liability of any kind. All taxes on value of Grand Prize are the winner’s sole responsibility, with the winner being issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form for the value of the Grand Prize. Winner further agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor relative to its compliance with Internal Revenue Service tax reporting requirements, including provision of his/her Social Security Number via IRS W9 Tax Form.

All unspecified expenses incurred in conjunction with Grand Prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to travel to/from departure airport, souvenirs and incidental expenses are also the winner’s sole responsibility. No award points, frequent flier miles or like “perks” are available in conjunction with acceptance and use of Grand Prize.

SPONSOR AND FIJI AIRWAYS MAKE NO REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE GRAND PRIZE (OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF) INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE. THE PRECEDING EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY SPONSOR ON ITS VANS PRODUCTS, WITH THE TERMS OF SUCH WARRANTY GOVERNING ITS APPLICATION.

Only one (1) prize may be won by any persons in the same family, household or address for any VANS Family Rewards Program Sweepstakes or Contest within a six (6) month period.

8. Releases.

Winner agrees (by accepting Grand Prize) and guest agrees (by accompanying winner on Grand Prize trip) to use by Sponsor and its designees (including Fiji Airways) of winner’s name, likeness, photo, voice, biographical information, image, social media handles, statements regarding the Sweepstakes and other indicia of persona for advertising/publicity/trade purposes, except where prohibited by law and without further notice or review. Winner will not receive compensation other than the Grand Prize itself and guest will not receive any compensation whatsoever in conjunction with such grant of rights. Without limitation, the preceding may include the recordation of winner during the flight between Los Angeles, California and Nadi, Fiji; their participation in adventure activities (if and as applicable); and their participation in volunteering opportunities (if and as applicable). Winner and guest further agree, so as to facilitate the foregoing grant of rights, to participate in publicity interviews and preparatory sessions for same, as directed by Sponsor and its designees (including Fiji Airways). Nothing herein in any way obligates Sponsor and its designees (including Fiji Airways) to make use of such rights and, by refraining from doing so, Sponsor and its designees (including Fiji Airways) will not incur any liability under any legal theory.

ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, FIJI AIRWAYS, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS AND AFFILIATES; AS WELL AS ANY OTHER ENTITIES INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION OR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; THE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF ALL OF THE FOREGOING ORGANIZATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF GRAND PRIZE OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF (IF APPLICABLE).

9. Limitations of Liability.

Sponsor and Fiji Airways assume no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with offering the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, entries; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; (d) late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete, damaged, inaccessible, stolen, corrupted or jumbled e-mail transmissions/entries, regardless of cause (all of which are void). Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. Tampering with the Sweepstakes in any manner, including attempting to defraud Sponsor relative to one’s membership in the VANS Family Rewards Program or Sweepstakes entry, will result in, to the extent applicable, disqualification from the Sweepstakes, possible termination of account in the VANS Family Rewards Program, and possible prohibition on participation in future VANS sweepstakes/contests/offers; in addition, Sponsor may otherwise seek to protect its rights to the full extent allowed by law. If Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond its control (e.g., computer virus/bug, tampering, fraud, natural disaster, materials shortage, pre-emption/delay/re-scheduling/cancellation/interruption/interference with offering the Sweepstakes and/or the VANS Family Rewards Program), Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the prize winners in a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner that Sponsor in its sole discretion determines is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action will be posted at the VANS Family Rewards Program area of www.vans.com.

10. Dispute Resolution/Choice of Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:

(a) all disputes regarding the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be governed by the internal, substantive law of Delaware (i.e., without regard to choice of law/conflict of law rules of Delaware or of any other jurisdiction);

(b) you are subject to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware or Delaware state court;

(d) any action will be brought by you individually (NOT as part of a class action);

(e) your recovery in any such action is limited to actual costs involved in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any), with all rights to attorneys’ fees and all damages (including special, compensatory, punitive, consequential damages) and other forms of relief (e.g., equitable relief/injunctive relief) being expressly waived.

11. Winners’ List. For winners’ list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “VANS SWEEPSTAKES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FIJI AIRWAYS” at the above address for receipt by October 26, 2026. Winners’ list will be available after November 20, 2026.
