Sweepstakes is offered exclusively in connection with the Vans Family loyalty program.
Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on April 10, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on April 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 16 or older. (If you are a minor in your state of residence – that is, under 18 – you are advised to obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before entering the Sweepstakes.) Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its agencies and CashStar, Inc. are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.Entry. Go to the VANS Family area of the VANS website (www.vans.com) or the VANS Family mobile application (“app”). After logging into your VANS Family Rewards Program account‡, check the box to indicate that you have read and agree to these Official Rules and wish to enter the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by April 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
‡If you are not currently a member of VANS Family, you must first join the Program in order to enter the Sweepstakes. No payment or purchase is required to join VANS Family.Entry Restrictions. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Violation of entry limit will result in disqualification of all entries, possible termination of account in the VANS Family Rewards Program, prohibition on participation in future VANS sweepstakes/contests/offers and perhaps Sponsor’s pursuit of legal sanctions. Receipt of entries will be acknowledged, but such acknowledgement does not constitute any representation as to eligibility for Sweepstakes or notification of selection as a potential prize winner. On-line entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account provided at time of establishment of VANS Family Rewards Program account, as of date of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Winner Selection & Notification. The winners will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor on or about April 27, 2026 and will be notified by e-mail. Potential winners (if potential winner is a minor, his/her/their parent or legal guardian) will be required to complete, sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within five (5) business days of date of notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement, if potential winner cannot be reached for any reason despite commercially reasonable efforts made by Sponsor (including failure to receive or respond to winner notification e-mail for any reason, including the winner notification e-mail being classified as “junk” or “SPAM”) or if potential winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, he/she/they will be disqualified and forfeit the prize without compensation of any kind. In case of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize/Odds of Winning. Prize (7) – One (1) VANS Gift Card with a value of $400 each. Total Value of all Prizes is $2,800. Prize will be fulfilled electronically or via physical gift card to the mailing address or e-mail address associated with the winner’s VANS Family account, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Gift card is redeemable for the purchase of merchandise at www.vans.com, VANS Retail Stores in the United States or VANS Outlet Stores in the United States. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, YOU MUST STILL BE A MEMBER OF THE VANS FAMILY REWARDS PROGRAM IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE VANS FAMILY REWARDS PROGRAM AT THE TIME OF WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE AWARD.
No prize substitution except due to unavailability of Prize for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and only then for prize of comparable value.
If winner is a minor, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of or to winner’s parent or legal guardian on his/her/their behalf.
Prize is not redeemable/exchangeable for cash except as may be required by applicable law. All unspecified expenses relative to acceptance and/or use of the prize and all taxes on value of Prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prize is not transferable except with the written permission of Sponsor which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind.
Limit of one (1) prize per person in any VANS Family contest or sweepstakes (including this Sweepstakes) within a six (6) month period.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Releases. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner (if a minor, his/her/their parent or legal guardian) agrees (and will confirm in writing upon request) to use by Sponsor and its designees of winner’s name, likeness, photo, voice, biographical information, image and other indicia of persona for advertising/publicity/trade purposes without further compensation or notice.
Entrants (if a minor, his/her/their parent or legal guardian) hereby release, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vans, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC; CashStar, Inc.; their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies; the officers, employees, directors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing entities from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of a Prize (if applicable).
Limitations of Liability. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with offering the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error affecting either the VANS website or the VANS mobile app; (b) or unauthorized access to entries or any communication between Sponsor, potential or verified prize winners; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (d) jumbled e-mail transmissions/entries/communications, regardless of cause (all of which are void). Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. Tampering with the Sweepstakes in any manner, including attempting to defraud Sponsor relative to one’s membership in the VANS Family Rewards Program, will result in, to the extent applicable, disqualification from the Sweepstakes, possible termination of account in the VANS Family Rewards Program, prohibition on participation in future VANS sweepstakes/contests/offers; in addition, Sponsor may otherwise seek to protect its rights to the full extent allowed by law. If Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond its control (e.g., computer virus/bug, tampering, fraud, natural disaster, materials shortage, pre-emption/delay/re scheduling/cancellation/interruption/interference with offering the Sweepstakes and/or the VANS Family Rewards Program), Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and make the prizes available to be won in a manner that Sponsor in its sole discretion determines is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action will be posted at the VANS Family Rewards Program area of www.vans.com and in the VANS Family mobile app.
Dispute Resolution/Choice of Law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that:
all disputes regarding the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be governed by the internal, substantive law of Delaware (i.e., without regard to choice of law/conflict of law rules of Delaware or of any other jurisdiction);
you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) are subject to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware or Delaware state court;
you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) waive any right of change of venue, inconvenient forum or the like;
any action will be brought by you (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian) individually NOT as part of a class action);
your (if a minor, your parent or legal guardian on your behalf) recovery in any such action is limited to actual costs involved in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any), with all rights to attorneys’ fees and all damages (including special, compensatory, punitive, consequential damages) and other forms of relief being expressly waived.
Winners’ List. For winners’ list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Vans Family Monthly Sweeps” at the above address (DEPT: CB WNRS) for receipt by May 15, 2026. Winners’ list will be available after May 29, 2026.
