What is your return policy?

Purchases made on Vans.com or at a Vans retail location can be returned within 60 days of receiving the product(s).

Custom products with uploaded images or embroidery are not subject for return. Purchases made at a Vans retail location currently are unable to be returned via mail and need to be returned to a Vans retail location.

Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Do you offer exchanges?

Vans does not currently offer online exchanges, but please contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to help. You may exchange an online order in any Vans store or Vans Outlet. If you choose to exchange in store, we recommend calling your local Vans retail store in advance to confirm they have the item you are looking for.

How can I receive a prepaid return shipping label?

A prepaid return shipping label is provided with in-stock orders only. A replacement shipping label can be sent to you by contacting us for a replacement label.

How do I return my purchase via FedEx?

Vans.com Purchase Returns via FedEx

1. Pack and seal the product securely in your original Vans box (if possible) or any cardboard shipping box

2. Write your name, return address, and order number on the return shipping label. Order number(s) can be found in your order history at vans.com and in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Attach the prepaid SmartPost return label to the outside of the return package (make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels) If you need a new return label, please Contact Us.

4. Take a picture of the label for your records, or write down the return tracking number from the label

5. Take the package to a FedEx drop off location. To find a FedEx location, please click HERE.

*Please note, refunds may take 3-5 weeks to be processed to the original form of payment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise within 60 business days. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

How do I return my purchase via USPS?

Vans.com Purchase Returns via US Postal Service

1. Pack and seal the product securely in your original Vans box (if possible) or any cardboard shipping box

PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna orders returned to a VANS retail store can only be exchanged for an equally priced item or merchandise credit.

Please bring the following to the store for your return:

1. Receipt or confirmation email

2. Unworn/unwashed merchandise to return

3. Original packaging
