The iconic Vans Classic Slip-On is reimagined through the lens of Engineered Garments, reflecting Daiki Suzuki’s vision to incorporate meaning and hidden qualities in each piece by incorporating conflicting themes. Sharing a commitment to individuality and authenticity, the Off The Wall ethos aligns seamlessly with EG. With a longstanding relationship between Vans and EG, this first OTW collaboration is marked with EG's iconic mismatched design language, applied to the Classic Slip-On for two conflicting shoe colors turning contrasting visuals into more than the sum of their parts. With attention to detail, extra cushioning and a co-branded leather footbed, each pair invites wear, change, and individuality with every step. The same iconic Vans silhouette, built to become even more special as your most personal slip-ons.
- Iconic Classic Slip-On shoe originally known as Style 98
- Mismatched two-tone uppers for a distinct Engineered Garments visual
- 8 oz canvas upper with 6 oz canvas bindings and heel strip
- Padded collar for support and comfort
- Elastic side panels for easy slip-on and off
- Higher sidewall with gloss finish
- Foxing tape inspired by original 90's Osnaburg reinforced outsoles
- Upgraded footbed and refined construction combine for a more seamless fit
- Sola Foam ADC (All-Day Comfort) insole for soft and durable cushioning, it is made using at least 30% biobased PU foam partially derived from plants and it is USDA Certified Biobased
