Vans Unveils New Old Skool 36 Pearlized Colorways for Fall 2026

Vans announces a new series of Old Skool 36 Pearlized colorways for Fall 2026, kicking off on September 10 with the launch of Yacht Club alongside a restock of the Marshmallow colorway in EMEA. Additional colorways will roll out throughout the season, including Lime Pop, Navy, Black/Marshmallow and Red. Viewed through an Off the Wall lens, the series offers bold new expressions of the silhouette while retaining its unmistakable Vans identity.
Expanding Vans’ embellishment narrative, the Old Skool 36 Pearlized features signature pearl and crystal detailing across a distressed upper, evoking a well-traveled shoe that has been reworked and customized over time.
Leading the rollout, Yacht Club is an ode to endless exploration, inspired by sailing flags from around the world. The colorway blends nautical color blocking with the irreverent spirit of ’90s sport style.
Vans followed DJ Hank Korsan to support the launch at Paris’ Fête de la Musique, capturing the Old Skool 36 Pearlized through a cultural moment that celebrates music, creativity and self-expression.
Style 36, the second skate shoe ever created by Vans, debuted in 1977. It was the first Vans shoe to feature the iconic Sidestripe™ and was renamed the Old Skool™ in the early '90s. Following its 30th anniversary, it officially became a Vans Classic. Design details include a high-gloss sidewall and intricate stitching.
The Old Skool 36 Pearlized franchise reflects the Vans Premium ethos–emphasizing modern comfort, elevated materials, and updated form, fit, and feel across Vans classic models.
The new collection rolls out throughout Fall 2026 on Vans.com, at select Vans retail stores and wholesale partners. Yacht Club launches September 10. In EMEA, Marshmallow restocks September 10, Lime Pop launches November 12, Navy restocks November 19, Black/Marshmallow launches November 27, and Red arrives December 10.
