It’d be an understatement to say that Sean started his BMX career at a young age. He got his first sponsor when he was eight years old, on a TV show at 13, and had an energy drink, shoe, frame, parts, and sunglass sponsor by 17—and then he lost them all. Call it being young and ignorant, but Sean took a step back and made all the right moves to get where he is today, almost as if it was all meant to be in the first place. Sean is smarter, wiser, and his machine-like precision is unmatched that he continues to push the level of riding on a near daily basis. Joining the Vans team in 2018, Sean has put in more work in the last two years than ever before and has the video parts and X Games medal to show for it. Now living in Orange County, you can catch both Sean and Vans’ Dakota Roche sessioning together on a regular basis both in the streets and at the private Vans training facility.
