Vans en A BATHING APE® onthullen hun nieuwste samenwerking

Costa Mesa, CALIF. (25 juli 2024) - Het toonaangevende skateboardmerk Vans kondigt zijn nieuwste samenwerking aan met A BATHING APE® (BAPE®) het legendarische Japanse streetwearicoon. Vans en BAPE® laten hun tijdloze looks uit respectievelijk Zuid-Californië en Harajuku samensmelten.
De nieuwste collectie van Vans x BAPE® is de remastering van twee iconische Vans-schoenen - de Old SkoolTM en de Sk8-Mid. In elk stuk van de collectie vloeien BAPE®’s originele graphics naadloos samen met het erfgoed van Vans. De Old SkoolTM heeft BAPE®’s alom geprezen camouflageprint in veelheid aan kleuren op de zijvlakken en een gevulcaniseerd rubber design van BAPE®’s typische sharksymbool op de voorvoet. De Sk8-Mid heeft het groene camouflagepatroon op het canvas, terwijl beide modellen de klassieke Vans SidestripeTM hebben geïntegreerd met het STA-logo van BAPE®.
With shared roots of street culture and the pursuit of non-conformity, the collection honors streetwear trends from the ‘90s. The Vans x BAPE® collaboration will be available to shop exclusively in Europe through Vans Family beginning July 26 and BAPE® stores worldwide beginning July 27, 2024.
