Rules & Regulations

Vans Hi-Standard

  • Jam Format - No predetermined order
  • During a paid session, priority is given to the category that is being judged. Riders of the other category can drop in for practice runs only after approval from the the starter.

Paid Sessions:

  • Jam Format - No predetermined order
  • Only tricks completed during the paid session are paid
  • If the MC/ JUDGE considers the trick successful, participants earn $5
  • Rotations over 720 degrees are not permitted; the same applies to inverted manoeuvres - Style is Everything
  • All successful tricks will be paid until the allotted amount per age category is reached. There is no maximum amount per participant. Cash prize per category is established per number of participants.
  • The following 4 riders will earn a special prize among all categories:
    1- MVP (Male/Female)
    2- Most Improved
    3- Worst Bail

Van Doren Best Trick

  • Jam Format - no start order
  • Each category will have a 20-minute jam session The best landed trick with style and control during the jam wins
  • Winner takes all
  • Cash prize per category:
    15 and under: $ 200
    16 and over: $300
    30+: all our respect and goodies
