What is Vans Family?

Vans Family is an experiential loyalty program, our way of inviting you to enjoy Off The Wall experiences designed for our biggest fans. As a member of our Family, you’ll get insider information, exclusive Custom designs and members-only experiences. Earn points from shopping and sharing, and redeem those points for rewards.

How do I sign up for Vans Family?

You can enroll at Vans.com/family or in the Vans Family mobile app. Anyone living in the U.S. and ages 13 and above can join. No purchase necessary, and there’s no fee to join.

I already have an account on Vans.com and receive emails. Am I already a member?

Not yet. To receive points for rewards and access program benefits, you must enroll in Vans Family. This is different than creating an account on Vans.com or signing up to receive emails. Enroll here.

Is there an app?

Yes! You can download the app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in three ways:
1. Make a purchase at a Vans store.
2. Make a purchase on Vans.com.
3. Engage with Vans Family.
Points will not be awarded for Vans merchandise purchased at non-Vans stores. Points will not be awarded for buying a gift card, but they will be awarded for applying a gift card to a purchase.

How many points do I earn on my purchase?

For every dollar you spend on merchandise at participating Vans stores And Vans.com, you will earn 10 points.

What do my points get me?

You can redeem your points for rad rewards. Check them out here.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

Check out the Vans Family Dashboard for available rewards and follow instructions to redeem your points for different types of rewards.

How do I see available rewards?

Vans Family members can see all rewards currently available in the Vans Family Dashboard.

Can I get credit for purchases I made before I joined?

If you join Vans Family after making a purchase, you have 30 days from the date of the purchase to earn points for that purchase. Give Customer Service a call at 833.652.3016 to help you out with your points.

I forgot to let the store associate know I’m a Vans Family member. Can I get still get credit for my purchase?

If you’re a member of Vans Family, simply call Customer Service at 833.652.3016 within 30 days to get points for your purchase. They’ll confirm your Vans Family enrollment and your transaction details, then award you points.

Do my points expire?

Your points expire 24 months after they are earned.

When do points show up in my account?

Points show up in your account up to 72 hours after you earn them.

How do I see how many points I have?

You can see your points balance in your Vans Family Dashboard.

I accidentally created two accounts. Can I combine them?

Yes. Please contact Customer Service at 833.652.3016.

What happens to my points when I return items or cancel an order?

Points will be removed from your account when you return items or cancel an order.

I don’t see points I think I should have earned. What do I do?

If you made your purchase in-store, click here to submit your receipt and get your points. If you made the purchase online, please contact Customer Service at 833.652.3016 for help.

Can I return rewards?

No, all reward redemptions are final.

How do I stop getting emails from Vans Family?

You may unsubscribe from Vans Family emails at any time by updating your communication preferences. Even if you unsubscribe, you may still get an email from us if you need to reset your password and possibly if we want to surprise you with an Off The Wall gift. Update your communication preferences here.
