How to redeem your points

Online / In-app

Select the available amount you would like to redeem during checkout in the Vans Family Rewards section.

In-store

Step 1: Provide an email and/or phone number to a Vans Store Associate at the time of checkout.

Step 2: The Store Associate will let you know which Vans Family Rewards you have available.*

Step 3: Specify the Vans Family Reward you'd like to redeem, and it will be applied to your purchase.

*Vans Family Members must have a minimum balance of 500 points or more to redeem rewards. The amount redeemed must be equal to or less than the transaction amount. Points redeemed will be deducted from your account.
