Vans Retail locations are generally made up of 5 positions: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Floor Supervisor, Stockroom Supervisor, and Sales Associate (the structure can vary based on store type and volume). During the back-to-school and holiday seasons, we also hire Temporary Sales Associates. Each of these positions are integral in keeping our stores running and to create the great atmosphere that Vans customers expect.

401k Plan

Under the plan, employees may contribute a part of their salary and defer taxes until retirement. For the first 6% of your salary that you contribute to the retirement plan, Vans will match 100% of the amount. (Some limitations may apply based on IRS regulations.)
