Vans Reunites with Iconic BMX Brand CULT
Vans and CULT, two BMX industry leaders, reunite for a fourth time this October to create a footwear and apparel capsule designed to showcase the creative lifestyle behind BMX. Available now, the Vans and CULT collaboration delivers new renditions of Vans core staples to commemorate a longtime partnership between two like-minded BMX brands.
Highlighting the Sk8-Hi Pro, Vans and CULT bring a subtle design aesthetic to the Pro Classic silhouette that’s been upgraded to withstand the maximum performance needs of today’s most talented BMXers. The Vans and CULT Sk8-Hi Pro features embroidered heel details, hand drawn graphic motifs on the outsole and custom screened logos on the quarter panel and removable UltraCush HD sockliner. Dressed in classic black and white, the Sk8-Hi Pro’s Duracap-reinforced suede and canvas uppers keep the design durable, while the reflective Sidestripe keeps it flashy.
Together with the Sk8-Hi Pro, the Vans and CULT capsule features a premium long and short sleeve white tee and a matching black snapback hat. Each style in the collection showcases CULT’s signature illustrations and styling elements found throughout their apparel line.
With shared team riders Dakota Roche and Sean Ricany, CULT has made an immense impact on the BMX industry since the brand’s inception in 2010. Founded by BMX legend Robbie Morales in Santa Ana, California, CULT is best known for their straight-forward, streamlined bike frame designs and high-quality bike parts.
