House of Vans Announces Share The Stage Winners
Vans, the original youth culture brand and icon of creative expression has partnered with legendary Los Angeles hip-hop artist, ScHoolboy Q to select three unsigned musicians to perform as the opening act during House of Vans performances across the world including Chicago, IL, Guangzhou, China and London, U.K. The three artists, Black Dave, PACT and Tay Made have been personally selected by ScHoolboy Q from cities across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific region as part of Vans inaugural global Share The Stage program.
Share The Stage is a global program that was designed to enable emerging artists within the local community by providing a platform to share their musical talents alongside a global musical talent, ScHoolboy Q. Each of the three artists competed through local House of Vans events and online submissions for a chance to take the main stage at the forthcoming Share The Stage performances. The winning artists include New York native rapper and skater, Black Dave, international award-winning hip-hop artist, PACT from China, and South London’s rising artist, Tay Made who represents U.K. based ‘Stupid Mad Fresh’ collective.
