As per our Return Policy, Customs Products can be returned only in case they are faulty, we can't accept returns for any other reasons. Please get in touch with Customer Care team to return a faulty pair of customs shoes.

Customs shoes can only be created in the colors, patterns, styles, and fabrics that are currently listed on the Customs shoe section of our website. Colorways, fabrics and design options are continuously updated.

Cancelling or modifying an order before receiving the item(s) is not possible as we begin processing from the moment you complete checkout.
