OTW by Vans extends its creative partnership with Satoshi Nakamoto introducing the Era 95. Building on their shared foundation of experimentation and subversive design, the latest collaboration reimagines the iconic Era silhouette through a raw, dystopian lens. Designed in collaboration, the OTW by Vans x Satoshi Nakamoto Era 95 embraces wear and transformation as central design elements. Celebrating imperfection through deliberate construction and material choice.

The shoe features a tearaway black canvas upper that gradually reveals a classic checkerboard underlay, emphasizing evolution through use. Exposed foam at the collar delivers a deconstructed finish, while a printed primary lace with sandblasted bead detailing introduces texture and dimension.

A repeating “Satoshi” print runs across the lace, reinforcing the collaboration’s signature hand-altered aesthetic. Throughout the ankle collar, round multicolor gemstones create unexpected moments of precision and contrast within the otherwise deconstructed build.

The sidewall receives a black and yellow hand wiped finish, resulting in a naturally worn-in patina, paired with a distressed foxing stripe that enhances the archival, altered feel of the shoe. Underfoot, a translucent crystal outsole reveals “Satoshi Nakamoto” through the sole, a hidden detail designed to surface with movement.

The OTW by Vans x Satoshi Nakamoto Era 95 will be available beginning April 30 on vans.com/otw, as well as the following Vans stores: The Grove Los Angeles, 5th Avenue New York City, London West End, Le Marais Paris, Seongsu, Lotte World Mall Seoul, and Shibuya Parco.
