Bags & Backpacks

A great skate backpack needs exterior straps made to securely hold your board when you aren't riding. These straps can also be used to carry a jacket or other belongings. Look for backpacks made from durable, abrasion-resistant fabrics that can withstand grip tape friction, alongside padded shoulder straps for comfort.

An everyday work backpack must be durable enough to handle daily wear and tear. Look for a long-lasting bag made from strong canvas or polyester materials, with padded laptop sleeves and water-resistant finishes to protect your essentials. Vans backpacks combine iconic street style with rugged construction, ensuring your belongings stay protected throughout your daily commute to work or uni.

It depends on your daily load and personal preference. Backpacks are best if you carry heavier items like laptops or skateboards, as they distribute weight evenly across your shoulders. Women's tote bags offer quick, easy access and a casual aesthetic, making them perfect daily use bags for light errands, shopping trips or carrying a single book.

Your work backpack needs to protect your tech while keeping you organised. Look for a dedicated, padded laptop sleeve that fits your device snugly, plus front zip pockets for chargers and pens. Our Vans tech bags offer these smart organisational features without sacrificing our signature street-ready style.

Totes are incredibly practical everyday bags for carrying a book or a lightweight tablet on quick trips. However, if you're carrying heavy textbooks and a large laptop all day, a backpack is recommended for better back support. For lighter days, a classic Vans canvas tote bag is a stylish and easy-to-pack choice.
