What is your return policy?

Returns for online Vans.com orders can be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Certain items are designated as final sale and not eligble for returns. A "Final Sale. No Returns" callout, noted on the product, will indicate whether an item is final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

Vans does not currently offer online exchanges, but please contact Customer Care and we'll be happy to help. You may exchange an online order in any Vans store or Vans Outlet. If you choose to exchange in store, we recommend calling your local Vans retail store in advance to confirm they have the item you are looking for.
