The Old Skool 36 Pearlized features pearl and crystal embellishments along a distressed upper, emulating a well-loved shoe that has been repaired and customized along the way as it has traveled to many destinations.
Style 36, the second skate shoe ever created by Vans, debuted in 1977. It was the first Vans shoe to feature the iconic Sidestripe™ and was renamed the Old Skool™ in the early ’90s before celebrating its 20th anniversary and officially becoming a Vans Classic. Design details include a higher glossed sidewall and detailed stitching.
The release comes off the heels of recent, and now sold-out releases, of the OTW by Vans x SATOSHI NAKAMOTO Pearlized Old Skool. The Old Skool 36 Pearlized reflects the Vans Premium ethos — emphasizing modern comfort, elevated materials, and updated form, fit, and feeling of Vans classic models.
The Old Skool 36 Pearlized will be available across EMEA starting November 20th on vans.com and through selected retail partners later this month.
