This is Off The Wall

Vans is “Off The Wall”.

To us, “Off The Wall” is a state of mind. It means thinking differently and embracing creative self-expression. It’s choosing your own line on your board and in your life. Vans has over 50 years of connecting to youth culture and we continue to advocate for action sports while recognizing the global “Off The Wall” connection between our brand and art, music, and street culture enthusiasts.

We welcome anyone and everyone into our global family. Be your authentic self and come as you are. We are committed to hiring, developing and growing a diverse population of Van Doren’s who are immersed in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our Global HQ in Costa Mesa, California, boasts associates of all different nationalities, religions, and lifestyles; which is why VF Corporation and our brands are continuously rated as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies and earn 100% on the Corporate Equality Index.

In 2019 we launched Vanguards, an exploration of how style, individuality and creativity shape skateboarding, seen through the lenses of Vans team riders. Vanguards aims to not only tell a story of four women but invites everyone to experience the creative depth that surrounds what we cherish most – skateboarding. So far, we have encouraged over 7,000 global newcomers to skateboarding and remain committed to growing and sustaining skateboarding worldwide by hosting a brand-new series of women’s skate workshops across the globe so girls can see more girls skating.
