Vans x MOCA Collection
Vans taps into its California roots once again for its first-ever partnership with a Los Angeles cultural institution: The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).
Together, Vans and MOCA present a collection that celebrates culture, creativity, and California, in a two-drop release of limited-edition footwear and apparel.
As the defining museum of contemporary art, MOCA champions creative expression - a key tenet of the Vans brand - by offering compelling and groundbreaking exhibitions and programs for all. The Vans x MOCA collection leads with a first created by graphic design icons Ivan Chermayeff & Tom Geismar in the 1980s - and a playful green-and-white dot pattern.
MOCA'S Graphic logo will be reinterpreted across Vans classics including the Classic Slip-On, Sk8-Hi, and Authentic, as well as the EVDNT UltimateWaffle, updated for the collection with a bold greyscale MOCA colorway across the sidewall.
The first drop of Vans x MOCA will be available for purchase at Vans.com and Vans retailers across the Americas this November. Stay tuned for the second drop, featuring artwork by three artists hailing from California, which will be released this fall.
