401k with Company match
Under the plan, employees may contribute a part of their salary and defer taxes until retirement. For the first 6% of your salary that you contribute to the retirement plan, Vans will match 100% of the amount. (Some limitations may apply based on IRS regulations.)

Vans provides a group life insurance policy at no cost to the employee. Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage. Vans also offers accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.

Alternative Work Schedule - Shortened Fridays
You read that right, we have year-round early Fridays so our employees can get a jump start on their weekend. This is a result of our compressed work schedule that condenses our standard workweek into fewer, longer days. Our program results in early-out Fridays of 1:00 PM PST.
Company Holidays Including A Floating Holiday
Vans offers paid holidays to qualified employees throughout the year. Included in this is a floating holiday for the employee to use anytime throughout the year.

Parental Leave Benefits
We love when our extended family continues to grow by two feet! We know how critical those early days are to bond with your new child and to continue doing our part to make sure it’s as stress free as possible, we provide eight consecutive weeks of paid time off (subject to eligibility) within the first year of birth or adoption. This time is in addition to any other approved time off, such as short-term disability.
