Vans Drops Men’s Varsity-Inspired Classics

Vans continues the expansion of its fall Classics season, drawing influence from traditional athletic styling to present a collection of varsity-inspired footwear for men. The six-piece collection takes design cues from vintage letterman jackets to incorporate a mix of leather and wool materials dressed in a warm color scheme atop the Sk8-Hi Reissue and Era 59.

With vintage sportswear a style favorite of the season, Vans deconstructs the varsity jacket to introduce gray, charcoal and navy iterations of the Era 59 and Vans’ original high-top, the Sk8-Hi Reissue. Wool uppers are accented by tonal metal eyelets and white laces, while pops of color are highlighted on the Sidestripe of the SK8-Hi Reissue and tongue and heel counter of the Era 59.
