VANS CROCKETT HI X GILBERT CROCKETT
A Wafflecup™ outsole seals the deal with the best combination of vulcanized flick and boardfeel in the forefoot, support in the midfoot and heel, and rugged durability. Gilbert’s custom finishes can be seen on the sockliner, featuring his dragon artwork, along with a diamond-shaped Vans x Gilbert Crockett woven tongue label.
Gilbert’s love for vintage, well-worn quality pieces was the inspiration behind an apparel pack that has been designed to perform and last. The Drill Chore coat features Gilbert’s custom embroidered dragon art, which is also highlighted on the Crockett Hi.
Everyday basics like the Authentic Chino Loose pant, a chambray woven button up, pullover hoodie, long sleeve and striped T-shirt round out the collection, along with a tote bag featuring interior and exterior slip-in pockets. A custom, diamond-shaped Vans x Gilbert Crockett patch appears across the apparel collection.
A part of the Vans family since 2009, Gilbert Crockett balances his modest Southern roots with a strong drive for progression, turning out must-watch clips that weave together his earnestly relatable approach and style. Gilbert’s impressive string of parts include a weighty section in Propeller (2015), the Thrasher Magazine hosted “Gospel” part, Bust Crew footage, Quasi’s full-length Mother (2018), and most recently Vans’ Alright, OK (2020), prove that he's all-in and able to make any spot look unique. His latest collection from Vans reinforces his continued dedication to skating and design that’s rooted in heritage, history, and progression.
