Deeply rooted in skate culture, Vans looks back at its rich action sports heritage, to design the Varix WC for an authentic yet contemporary look. Setting the Varix WC apart, the design pulls direct inspiration from early 2000’s skate culture and elevates the style to reflect modern trend and function to push the boundaries of design progression.
The Varix WC applies advanced technology to include an UltraCush Lite footbed that provides a soft step and Vans’ WaffleCup™outsole for increased durability throughout its advanced three-piece construction. Key features include a cold cement part, vulcanized midsole, toe and heel clip.
Vans incorporates subtle details throughout the style to preserve its original design, while blending performance and lifestyle with original components such as the three-piece outsole and intricate paneling. This fall’s debut Varix WC collection utilizes premium leathers and textiles for the panels to provide the highest quality of materials and style elevation.
This September, The Varix WC will be offered in three colorways and retails for $100.
