1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. TO ENTER: Visit the Vans website at Vans.com and follow the instructions to enter on-line. Open only to U.S., Puerto Rico and Canadian residents who, as of 4/22/08, are 13 years of age or older. If you are a teen under 13 years of age, you must have your parents’ or guardian’s permission before providing personal information. Vans is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sweepstakes runs from 10:00am on 4/22/08 through 5/16/08. Entries must be received by 10am Pacific Time on 4/16/08 to be included in the contest. An unlimited amount of entries are accepted per person.

2. Winner Selections: One (1) Grandprize Winner will be selected at random by Vans. The winner will be announced on 5/17/08. The selection is final and binding on all matters related to the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of their selection. Upon notification, winners must claim their prize by e-mail or by the telephone number provided. If a given winner does not respond within 30 minutes of initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Winners must complete any and all legal documents and return them to Vans within five (5) working days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries by random drawing.

3. PRIZES: The following prize package will be awarded to One (1) Grandprize Winner, as selected at random: Autographed, Custom Pro-Tec Pool Party Epiphone Les Paul Jr. guitar and 2 passes to the Vans Warped Tour in the city nearest you. Total approximate value is $600. All prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS OR CASH REDEMTION EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN: Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should feature prize become unavailable. Taxes on prizes are responsibility of winners. The decisions of Vans are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Vans and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales reps, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to participate. Proof of identity must be furnished upon request.

6. GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Winners agree to release Vans, a division of VF Outdoor Inc., and it’s respective directors, employees, officers and agents including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damage with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity. In addition, winners acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsors' control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes.
