Orlando Skatepark Farewell Parties With Vans Pros

Vans Skatepark Orlando is going out with a bang! Join us on Thursday, January 19th and Friday, January 20th at the Vans Skatepark in Orlando for two special events celebrating 10 great years in Orlando, FL. First up is BMX night on Jan. 19th from 6pm - 10pm. Vans BMX Pros Cory Nastazio, Scotty Cranmer, Colin Mackay, Trey Jones and special guests will be in attendance. Next up is a skate night on Jan. 20th from 6pm - 10pm with Vans skate pros Tony Trujillo, Omar Hassan and Alex Perelson. Both nights will include free riding in the park, Steve Van Doren's famous BBQ, special giveaways and prizes, best trick contests and autograph signings. Thank you, Orando!
Vans has also partnered with the City of Orlando's Families, Parks & Recreation and Team Pain to create two concrete park obstacles that will be donated to the public Orlando Skatepark (OSP) in downtown Orlando, as a thank you to the community for the last decade of support. The two obstacles, scheduled to be finished in January, will stand in memory of Vans. OSP is located at 400 Festival Way Orlando, FL 32803.
The Orlando Vans Skatepark is located at 5220 International Drive Orlando, FL 32819 and will close its doors on January 21, 2012.
