Vans x Dennis Hopper Collection Launch

Vans celebrated the launch of a special collaboration with art, film and photography icon Dennis Hopper on Thursday, August 11th in NYC. The festivities kicked off at Urban Outfitters' SOHO store where guests previewed the Dennis Hopper Collection by Vans and enjoyed a special screening of a Dennis Hopper tribute film. Over 300 people came out including Hopper's daughter Marin and her family. Afterward the crowd headed over to the Ace Hotel for an after-party hosted by Vans and Monster Children where guests enjoyed tunes by DJ Grandpa and scored free copies of the Hopper retrospective edition of Monster Children magazine.
Before Dennis Hopper passed away he gave Vans a very special opportunity to collaborate on a curated collection of footwear and apparel featuring some of his very favorite work. Thursday's events spotlighted the Vans x Dennis Hopper footwear and apparel which includes premium tees, a canvas jacket, woven and driver cap all featuring iconic Hopper artwork and photos as well as two pairs of shoes, available exclusively at Urban Outfitters.
