So, this week on OffTheWall.tv check out Part 1 of The Collaboratory with Rodney Smith where Vans Syndicate teams up with the East Coast skateboard pioneer who is best known for starting up Shut Skateboards with Bruno Musso back in the 80's and more recently Zoo York. Also, get a lesson in "Rodney speak" so you can communicate with him on the streets of the Lower East Side if you're in the area. Then, check in for Custom Culture Episode 4, Part 1 to follow the 5 finalists on their trip to New York, where the final judging event was held at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. Watch the students as they explore the big apple, enjoy a BBQ and dance party at the House of Vans and talk about what they did to get votes and make it to the finals.
