Neck Face: Into Darkness Show Recap

Neck Face's much-anticipated show Into Darkness!!! opened on Halloween evening at the Oh Wow gallery in Hollywood. More photos after the jump.
With talks of halloween mazes, haunted house creeps, new Neck Face artwork, and a skate demo with Altamont / Baker / Deathwish teams, Into Darkness was pretty insane and fun. Neck Face's new works included comic paneled pieces, mask and altar type installation works as well as large panel pieces which used traditional patternwork. Despite the long lines around the block, tons of people waited to see and experience what a Neck Face Halloween would be like as well as get their own Altamont limited run of Neck Face Into Darkness t-shirts.
We strolled up right at 7 pm and this was the line.
Most folks rolled out with costumes since it was actually Halloween, but the rest of us hung over types went in our usual garb. Phil with his Brawny man costume.
Classic Neck Face hanging dead dude.
Word on the street was that masked David Choe and Harry Kim were the creepy characters out selecting the order people entered into the maze.
Thanks to Michael Hsiung for the words & photos. See the rest of the show's creepsville haunted house photos & new work from Neck Face on Flickr.
