"I hope it's not a dream," said Vans Surf Team rider Andrew Doheny after he won the Oakley Junior Pro this past weekend. He won the battle over some of the world's best young riders at Lowers and had a few more words to say, "I really want to qualify for the World Junior Tour, so hopefully it's on. I'm going to try my best." Congrats on the victory Andrew!
