The 3rd and final jewel in the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing - The Billabong Pipeline Masters kicks off today in 6-10ft surf at the legendary Banzai Pipeline. There is a lot on the line at this event: an ASP world title dual between Joel Parkinson and Mick Fanning, a Pipe Masters champion and a Triple Crown dual between Joel Parkinson and Sunny Garcia.
