Everything is in place, the obstacles are being touched up. If you are lucky enough to be headed out here this afternoon, slather on the SPF 300 and drink a lot of water. You might even take a salt pill. If you're looking for a weight loss plan that will make you resemble a strip of smoky, slow-fried bacon, this is the place.
