Bucky Lasek, Rob Lorifice, Tony Hawk, Bob Burnquist, and a few other special guest will be skating at Sport Chalets new store in Bakersfield on Saturday. The demo will be in the Sport Chalet parking lot and begins at 12:30 p.m., but get there early. The store is located 5200 Stockdale HWY. Bakersfield, CA 93309

In this show, the jib masters go head to head in the Rail Jam before an enthusiastic crowd, pushing their skills to the limit, landing some of the most technical tricks ever seen. On the huge Slope Style course the top dogs are in full force including Andreas Wiig, Danny Kass, Scotty Lago, Jamie Anderson and Hana Beaman to just name a few.

Journeys and Vans are going to bring the heat in what could be called The Perfect Storm.
The Pro contest at this year's Pro-tec Pool Party was no letdown. There were some close calls as skaters were on high alert but Rune Glifberg held onto finish in 1st Place.
The Vans Warped Tour has announced a special pre-party on Thursday, June 28 at the Glass House in Pomona, CA. Artists performing include: The Gallows, Big D and The Kids Table, Kennedy and a special unannounced guest. A limited number of tickets for this show will go on sale Saturday, May 19 at Noon Pacific Time. Tickets are $13 for this all-ages show and will be available through Ticketmaster. Doors open at 7:00 PM.
