The Ultimate Boarder is a competition that showcases the top talents in surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding. Watch for Vans athletes, Kurt Wastel who placed 8th in the snowboarding portion, and Nathan Fletcher competiting in the finals for surfing to make a run at the title. Check back for final results on this modern action sports triathlon after the final competition in skateboarding goes down on Saturday.

Vans team rider Ryan Villopoto once again proves to be the cream of the crop with another dominant victory on Saturday night, this time in Detroit, Michigan! Setting the fastest laps of the day and cruising through his heat race with a relatively easy win, Villopoto wasted no time as the gate dropped for the main event.
The Kickoff party went off Friday night at the Key Club in Hollywood. Check out photos of the performers; Broadway Calls, 3OH!3, Beat Union, Katy Perry and The Aggrolites. The team headed staight over to the new skate park Hubbard and Vogt built in Aviv, Israel to skate and bbq with the locals. Their next stop was in Eilat to skate and hangout at the Red Sea.
