Another amazing summer on the Vans Warped Tour has come and gone and well there's just one thing left to say... THANK YOU to all of the bands, the production staff, security, non-profits, sponsors, and of course the fans. It would not be possible without you! What bands do you want to see on the 2013 tour? The Dew Tour Pantech Beach Championships take over Ocean City, Maryland this Thursday, August 16th - Sunday, August 19th. Vans BMX Team riders Scotty Cranmer, Kyle Baldock, Josh Harrington among others will be competing in BMX Park while Dennis McCoy, Coco Zurita and Simon Tabron take on BMX Vert. Skate team riders Pedro Barros, Jeff Grosso, Steve Caballero and other will be competing as well. Finals go down Saturday and Sunday. Check local listings to catch all the action. Good luck guys!
The 50th annual Coastal Edge East Coast Surfing Championships presented by Vans and hydrated by Vitamin Water is set to unfold at 1st Street in Virginia Beach from August 20th through 26th and the East Coast’s largest surf contest has been upgraded to an ASP 6-Star event this season, attracting several of the world’s top surfers in search of crucial points towards their qualification campaigns for the ASP WCT.

Vans Skatepark in Orange, CA will be hosting the 5th annual September Shred Skate Contest on Saturday, September 22nd. Registration starts at 10am and the contest gets rolling at 1pm. Prizes include $500 for 1st place in the sponsored division, $300 for 1st place in the ages 14+ division and giant sponsor prize packs for 1st place in the ages 6 - 13 division. Mark it on your calendar!

The Westergasfabriek of Amsterdam transformed into an arena for skateboarding’s best International Pro’s and Ams, as a crowd of over 8,000 watched an all out battle of skills set to the background of the historic gas works building on never before seen ramps designed by participating teams Flip Skateboards, Palace, Blueprint and Antiz, at the Vans Downtown Showdown presented by Monster Energy.
For fall/holiday, Vans partnered with Junk Food to create a capsule collection mixing Vans heritage elements with authentic details that make each piece feel truly one-of-a-kind. Take a look and don't forget more of the collection drops October 1st and November 1st.
Say it isn't so- The Vans Warped Tour only has a few dates left! The tour has been all over this country this summer bringing you over 100 bands at each stop and we really hope you were able to join us.
