Nothing lasts forever, not even demo tours. It is with joyous remembrance that we pour some 40oz for the the week of good times we shared through the midwest and to all the skateshops and kids we had the pleasure of skating/hanging with. Your support is what fuels skateboarding and it is not taken for granted. Hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.
Our last stop on Saturday was at One Love Skateshop in Dayton and then the Rob Dyrdek Plaza in Kettering, Ohio. Aside from being the boyhood home of Dyrdek, that area has always served as the base of operations for Alien Workshop. Nearly every kid rode Alien decks and they came out in droves to meet Anthony Van Engelen and Alien's newest pro, Gilbert Crockett. Just as the Northwest is producing tons of tranny rippers thanks to all the cement parks in that territory the skaters in the Kettering area have street skills unparalleled to any stop on this trip thanks to that Dyrdek Plaza. The youngest of kids were frontblunting on everything in sight and the slightly older kids were flipping out of or into everything. It was really great to see that level of skating in such a remote part of the country.

Today's the last stop of the demo tour in Kettering, Ohio. So if you're in the area come through and says, "What's up?"
Yesterday was a free day with short drive from Indianapolis to Dayton so we decided to head over to Columbus, Ohio to dork around at a little skatepark there and check out some spots. Are you familiar with parkour? Where people climb all over shit in the outside like a toddler on home furniture? Well, it's big in Columbus and the park was full of guys getting their climb on and doing back flips off. One guy was good enough to play with Daniel Lutheran and do some flips over him.
Columbus, and Ohio in general, is one of the most beautiful and lush stretches of woods and rivers in America and as fall sets in to change the leaves from green to brown we could think of no better way to spend the day than by hitting some spots down by the river.
