Yesterday's No Room For Rockstars film screening was the perfect way to start our week of events in Austin. Stacy Peralta, the film's producer, did a Q+A along with Joe from Forever Came Calling, one of the bands featured in the movie. I have to hand it to that kid, Joe. He's hilarious. He was up in front of the crowd talking some junk about how there was no way he would be talking to any girls last night because he'd done nothing but sweat since he got to Texas...

It kinda brought a tear to my eye to see them play after the movie. Who doesn't love a good underdog story? Pennywise, also in the film, played a great set after Forever Came Calling. The crowd nearly drowned out the band singing along. Our buds from Truth were there doing their orange thang. We'll have an interview they did with Pennywise later on this week.
