It's with heavy, heavy hearts that we wish the fondest of farewells to Mitch Lucker. He passed away at the age of 28, due to injuries from a motorcycle accident.

While he may have been most widely known as the lead vocalist of Suicide Silence, we also remember him as the most loving of fathers and just a genuinely fantastic human being. If there's one thing for certain, he was not one to sit down and let life pass on by. We know he lived to the fullest to his very last moment, and our thoughts and prayers are with his friends, his family, and his star of a daughter.

Mitch was featured in the Vans Warped Tour documentary No Room For Rockstars released earlier this year. In the clip below, he and his family talk about the anxiety-healing powers of music in his life.
