Today the first few rounds of the Vans Pro Jr. got underway with still little to no waves but that didn't stop the girls from coming out. Apparently teenage surfers bring out about as many girls as teenage boys in bands. I headed over to the contest early and they were already camped out in force. So I went by the old cliche I guess... When you can't beat them, join them. Here are a few faces I met out there before Mother Nature threw us all for a loop, but more on that soon. Tomorrow we'll be live starting around 7:00 AM EST.
