Extended Health and Dental Programs

Extended Health and Dental provides Extended Health benefits payable at 90% coinsurance including up to 60 days of Out of Country medical assistance. The plan also covers Basic Dental procedures to 90% and Major and Orthodontic expenses up to 50%. Each is subject to internal maximums that are detailed in the Plan Documents.

These plans are mandatory and cannot be waived unless you can prove that you have coverage through a spouse in another contract of insurance.

You and your eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides confidential resources on issues relating to work and or at home with trained professionals.

Onsite Gym

Our onsite gym is available for all corporate employees and contains equipment such as treadmills, weight machines, free weights, punching bags, and more. With individual showers, employees can enjoy a good workout before work, at lunch, or after work.

The company contributes to the plan on your behalf on a regular basis. You may make voluntary Member contributions. The company match is $0.50 for each dollar you save up to 6% of your contribution. This is for salaried associates only.

AD&D

AD&D

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) is provided to all eligible associates, matching the life insurance benefit to a maximum of $500,000.

Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance is an employee paid benefit designed to protect your income up to 60% of your basic monthly earnings up to a maximum of $11,000 when you are unable to perform work which you’re qualified for, for an extended period of time.
