In this latest "Woodkid" short film Yoann Lemoine who is the director and the performer behind the project continues to explore the story he started with the first video and it's still as powerful, imaginative and incredibly stylish. Watch the video above.
Chinese artist Li Hongbo makes these really fascinating flexible paper sculptures made of thousands tightly assembled laser cut pieces of paper that have same flexibility as let's say a slinky. The inspiration comes from the traditional Chinese hand cut paper festive lanterns and toys. Once the sculptures are pulled apart they take a really interesting and unexpected shape. Space 15 Twenty hosted a launch event this past Saturday for the Love Me x Vans "House of Hearts" collaboration. We stopped by to recap the festivities. Swedish artist Michael Johansson makes his found objects public art installations look like Tetris by putting them in coherent color coordinated order creating really cool eye catching scenes. As the artist puts it himself : “Maybe you can call it real-life Tetris. I take used objects because they kind of lived a life before I find them.
