The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing hydrated by vitaminwater celebrates its 30th anniversary this year with $1Million in prize money, and 11-time world champion Kelly Slater (Florida) has signed on for the 3-event series, as has defending champion John John Florence (Hawaii). Slater last won the title in 1998. This year, there will be a one-time $100,000 winner-takes-all cash bonus for the Triple Crown champion. The grand winner of the Duct Tape Biarritz went to Harrison Roach! I guess if your going to go to the south of France and get to surf with some of your friends it might as well be one of the best ways to end a trip. After much celebrating the crew ended out the night with the premiere of our film, Get-N-Classic2 at a great little theater in the middle of town. It was a hit, with out a doubt.
